I was expecting a Hotel but instead this was a room in a private apartment and the landlord wasn't there when I arrived. I was left standing out in the street and I didn't see the name of the hotel anywhere on the building. To be fair I had received an email message asking my arrival time but I hadn't seen it because I was walking the Via Francigena, not reading emails. I didn't know how long it would take me to get there anyway, When I did finally call the property, the lady didn't speak much English but I was able to understand she would be there in 5-10 minutes. She arrived and all was well.
Everything was perfect. Great location, great place and very clean, very good location from the city centre.
It was very easy to organise the check-in, very flexible about the time also.
The room was equipped with a fan and a small fridge which was perfect with the very hot weather.
Bathroom had shampoo and body wash product and the towels were provided.
Very comfortable place, located in a nice and quiet area.
Very comfortable, spacious and with a lovely host to greet you and explain everything to you.
Location, just a little off the Via Francigena. Room and shared bathroom exceptionally clean. Host welcoming, friendly, and very responsive. Thank you for upgrading me to a room with a kitchenette. Excellent value for money.
