The owner met us at the property and allowed us to come in and leave our luggage, even though the cleaners were not yet finished from the prior guests. He was very kind and accommodating.
It was large and owner provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Apartment was fully equipped. The location was great, near the old city, close to restaurants.
Everything about this place was perfect,super clean, amazing location,very spacious compared to other places in Monopoli. The balcony was great for morning or afternoon coffee. Antonio was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend the Serena guesthouse to anyone traveling to Monopoli.
Host was very helpful - good location to walk to restaurants, shops etc. Place was a good size, comfortable and easy to find.
Lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Everything was super clean. Close to the old town. All the amenities that you need when travelling. Security was good.
