This guest house is located in a busy part of Cagliari, but our room felt quiet and easygoing. It was super clean, easy to get in and out of, and there was a decent amount of free parking within a couple of blocks. The small terrace and efficiency kitchen were nice to have. Riccardo is an excellent host; very responsive, and with plenty of suggestions for parking, restaurants, beaches, etc. Our neighbors were loudly singing karaoke when we arrived, and when we asked Riccardo about it, he was able to get them to quiet down right away so we could rest.

The additional 5 Euros or so per person for the breakfast package was well worth it! Sette Colli had a good selection of food and drink that was nicely prepared and delivered to the room each morning at the time we requested. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would recommend Sette Colli if you don't mind walking around Cagliari.

The owner was so friendly and helpful whenever we needed recommendations or any help. He recommended a car rental place, and when something went wrong, he did everything he could to help. We also asked him if he knew a place where we could adjust the pressure in our car's tyres, and he provided detailed instructions on how to reach the place. Additionally, he allowed us to store our luggage at no cost after our stay. Purely exceptional hospitality!

Everything was perfect, Riccardo was extremely helpful with whatever questions we had, there is a transfer available from and to the airport and the breakfast was delicious! We were provided with very detailed information about local food, landmarks and public transport. The facility is located close to the bus stops, so there was no issue getting to the city and to the beach. We will definitely come back, as everything was great!
