It is super secure, even though the building is a bit old it seems the apartment has been recently renovated so it is quite comfortable. The apartment is huge. The host is great, always helpful, attentive and replies incredibly fast.
The location is central 8min walk from bus station 10mins from train station. You also have plenty of food shops close by along with restaurants and bars.
