Clean, towels and bedsheets were really nice, air conditioning worked great and overall the entire structure looks really tidy and freshly renovated.
The cleaning lady was FANTASTIC, and the owner Rossana was very kind and gave us some extra accomodations with a very short notice and free of charge. Will come back for sure!!
Extra points: there is a common area with a coffee machine, a boiler and a water dispenser with ice cold water, both still and sparkly.
Also, there is a storage cabinet where you can leave your things after for the whole day of the check out FREE OF CHARGE!!

Fast efficient 'contactless' service, all instructions were clear, therefore self checking. Location is great, cafes, restaurant lane, markets nearby, true Naples experience. Property is clean, room is just about the right size.
Excellent location, very nicely decorated, attention to details
The room is nice and spacious, very clean and the cleaner is nice to us, he also helps us on our check in. They also have a dispenser for cold and sprinkled water which helps us a lot.
Excellent location, everything within walking distance, very close to the subway, grocery stores, restaurants. Some people wrote that the water pressure in the shower was weak, but this was caused solely by limescale in the shower tap, and everything worked fine after it was cleaned.
The only thing that might be missing in the apartment is a small refrigerator.
