Molto silenzioso pur essendo in centro. Vicinissimo alla pista ciclabile. Servizi ( negozi, ufficio postale, farmacia) a portata di mano.
Monolocale piccolo ma tutto sommato comodo. Lato cottura organizzato. Bagno anche.
