Right in the heart of Florence this location was perfect. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and very comfortable and had fully functioning AC.

Clean. Great Location. Even though breakfast wasn’t included, the owner had put out basic breakfast out in the kitchen for all the guests. I like coffee with real milk in the morning and it’s a great convenience to have it right in the kitchen as you get out of bed.

Excellent location, no road noise. Bed was super comfortable, very clean, newly renovated. The owner Alessandra welcomed us and helped me settle in. My friend was arriving an hour later and she made arrangements for her to self check-in with ease. I would stay at this property again. Room had heater to stay warm.

The room was fantastic and exactly as advertised. There was plenty of space for my family of five, including three teenage boys. The host could not have been more friendly or accommodating. The last minute, we wanted to extend our visit by one night and she very graciously accommodated us without any trouble. We look forward to returning to Florence and staying here again! She doesn’t include a free breakfast in the mornings but my family decided to skip it each morning in favor of sleeping in. But definitely an added bonus for anyone interested.
