Very convenient location to the train station, flexibility of check-in and check-out, friendliness of the staff, plenty of storage space, and cleanness.
Good location, easy walking distance to the historic center. Beds were comfortable. Pleasant host. Luggage storage available for period between check out and train departure.
THE BEST HOST IN ITALY! I had the best time there, the view was super nice, it’s 10 mins walking from the central train station and walking distance to all the attractions in florence
