The location of this rental was ideal for our group. Just outside the touristy area, but close enough it was just a short walk to access all the main attractions. The flat was on the first floor, right on the water, and easy to get to. The flat was clean, modern and had great wi-fi. Toiletries were provided as well. All amenities that one would look for.

The property was very modern and spacious. It was in a prime location with easy access to all the sights in Venice.
It's a beautiful apartment, very originally decorated with beautiful paintings and sculptures throughout. It's in a great location. Very near to a pier and on a canal. Surrounded by amazing historic buildings.
Excellent location, the canal was literally right outside our front windows. Close to cafes and restaurants. Spacious apartment. Frederico was very helpful too. Our best accommodation so far
