Easy check in , clean, helpful prompt responses to our questions. They also were flexible allowing us to leave our bags
While the room was humble, with a narrow bathroom and a sliver of a view to Lake Garda, we were completely comfortable and loved the proximity to the ferry dock, shops and restaurants (a short walk). Proprietor Anna was kind and helpful, steering us to one of the best meals we had during a week in Italy. She keeps a selection of brochures in the charming high-ceilinged entryway.
Bonus: a pasticceria/bar downstairs, pleasantly populated with Italians rather than tourists.
We had a great stay for Two nights. Stayed with my husband and two kids in the sunflower room and was very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms very clean. We had a balcony facing a garden which has a table and chairs. There’s a pastry shop downstairs and you get a discount if you are staying at the hotel. We had breakfast there every morning, very convenient. Anna and Martina are excellent hosts. Great at communication, told us where there was free parking right in front of the suites which was so helpful. The air conditioning was refreshing since we went during peak summer. Easy walk into town and so close to the lake. We hope to be back one day soon!
