Great location. Waterbus, shop 1min walk. Beach 10min. Flat is huge and had every basic stuff.
Exceptional location: a minute walk from the vaporetto (water taxi) to and from the airport, San Marco Square, and all other ferry lines.
Valentina is an amazing hostess, very accommodating, and made us feel at home.  We exchanged phone numbers and she was truly available with any questions we had. 
The whole apartment is exceptionally clean. Furniture is old Italian style, but appliances are all new. The beds are comfortable. 
It was a great place to stay, especially during the Venice film festival. We would return.
