Located right at the buzzy gates into the charming old town, which is wonderful particularly if you have a car (large free parking lot nearby, 200M away). Charming, period-piece Apartment is one floor above street level, with lovely terrace overlooking the activity below. Good beds, very well stocked kitchen. Hosts were amazingly helpful with directions/suggestions/enabling our tours in town and throughout the region, and with minor issues with the apartment.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the beautiful town of Spello and surrounding cities and villages. Monica and Sonia went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay, even taking us to and from the train station.
Monica and Sonia were treasures. They went to the train station to meet us and the day we left they came around to help us with our luggage and to take us to the train station.
On arrival the fridge and pantry were stocked with an incredible range of food and drinks, which was greatly appreciated. Also the day before we left they left us a tray of pastries for our breakfast.
The apartment was in a great location close to shops, bars restaurants and the train station
Charming apartment with easy access to shops and restaurants. Monica and Sonia couldn’t have been more helpful and provided some basic foods and lots of useful information.
