We had issues with our AC and the host came and fix it in less than an hour. The communication was great. He was very helpful 😁
Very good location, safe room, not too big but big enough for our 7days stay, clean and comfortable, owner is helpful with info,and everything you need.

The location was very good. Check-in was very easy with videos that we received from Robert. The elevator worked fine with no extra payment.The room was so clean. The shower was clean and comfortable. We requested an electric kettle for making tea and we got it some hours later.
Overall we were happy to stay there to compare with the reviews that we read for other accommodations in Naples.
Amazing location, close to the old center and the train station. Room was very, very quiet despite being at the main road. Cute balcony. Clean bathroom. Very good price for location and conditions.
