Just magnificent. The last 3 days of our holidays were sublime in this structure. When you step inside, u feel the cosiness and smell clean, making you feel at home. Caterina, the cleaner, is an amazing person, always keeping the building super clean and tidy. She is lovely and sweet. The building from the outside looks new and inside even better looking literally new or just renewed. The terrace is outstanding, ideal for breakfast or same snack at night. The facility is located in the centre of San Vito lo Capo making all reachable on foot. Bakery, pastry shop and restaurants all around the corner. Next time we will stay longer. Thanks for making us feel at home.

Large rooms, very clean, friendly staff. Location is perfect (everything in walking distance) and quiet at night.

Daniela was such an accommodating host. She was very responsive & friendly. Honestly could not have done more for us. The property is very clean & is newly renovated. The bed was comfortable & shower was great. Also fabulous towels & toiletries. The location was just steps from the main strip & beach. They also run a great cafe with a beautiful sea view. Would definitely recommend & stay again.
