The bed was so comfortable, air conditioning was lovely and cool as it was hot when we were in monopoli. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a week away. The location of the apartment was ideal. Franco was so helpful concerning any questions and had recommendations for restaurants etc. he organised our transfers from and to the airport.

Very central location. We were there in the low season so it was very quiet. It was a big plus that there was proper heating as we had a few very rainy days and "winter season" (for us it was more or less already like late spring, but the temperature was around +15 (daytime) and around +10 (at night)). Monopoli is a beautiful place with a charming old town and picturesque streets. Very nice and friendly people, authentic food, lots of vegetables and fruit (a big plus for us as we are plant-based). We visited some nearby towns, tasted an amazing olive oil and saw endless and beautiful landscapes. We really loved the low season vibes: everything is slow, quiet, peaceful and spacious (almost all of the coastline was empty with only a few people around).

The host Franco is a lovely man. He helped me with everything I asked him. The place is located in a central area. The apartment is very beautiful, spacious, clean and cozy. Quiet area, without much noise. Very close to the historical sites. 10 minutes from a train station. highly recommended!

We spent almost 3 weeks there in outumn 2023 - working online and traveling in our free time. Franco was wery helpful - thank you Franco. We will remember our stay in your apartment for a long time!

Great location just inside the historic centre. The host, Franco was very nice and helpful. He recommended some great restaurants. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was also very well equipped for cooking. We highly recommend this apartment!
