The staff was very nice and always friendly. The location is great as there is a frequent bus to the centre of Parma.
The Room for 8 persons was quite big what was very nice. Also the lockers were very big.
The breakfeast were nice and the stuff were very patient.
It was really cool than I expected, the room was organised well and the bathroom was super clean
The staff are really nice, the breakfast was able to cater to my vegan ways - thank you. I got a standalone bed, so no bunkbedding which was a really nice change. The bathroom was NICE. The room is large. There were also bathrooms downstairs. The walk to the centre is in a straight line, or the bus to the centre/and or train station was also a straight line (Google Maps was super accurate for the bus timetable). I was able to store my luggage free of charge, the large lockers in the room came with their own okay - no need to bring a padlock, and you could access the hostel all night with a key, even though reception closed at 9pm.
Honestly, really impressed. It was super comfy in practically every way
