Perfect location, very kind owner, beautiful apartment.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just steps from Santo Stefano. The space is bright and very comfortable. You enter through a traditional large door probably dating back several hundred years. The large entrance opens to a view of a beautiful stone carving on the wall. Access to a relatively new elevator takes you up 4 stories to the apartment. You enter through a beautiful classic door and into the well lit space. Everything appears to be new. There was ample space to relax and do whatever else you need to do. The loft space has a great comfortable bed with full headroom. The kitchen area had everything needed. There appreciated the espresso maker. I also had the opportunity to use the sofa bed and it was an excellent firm memory foam mattress. I plan on staying here again for future business trips.

Vittoria is very kind. She's quick to answer all of our questions and everything we need. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well organized, and the views from the windows are 10/10. There is an elevator. The building and surroundings are well maintained and comfortable to walk around each hour of the day.

Great central location – we could explore the whole city on foot. The apartment is in a beautiful building and has everything you need. Supermarkets, restaurants, and ice cream shops are just around the corner. Our host was very friendly, gave us great tips, and was super helpful despite our late check-in. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean apartment, much bigger space than staying at an hotel room. It had everything we wanted (living room, dining table, kitchen, WC etc.), plus the bedroom separately overlooking the sitting area, up in an attic. Extremely centrally located within the historic center of Bologna, walking distance for all main sightseeing monuments. Highly recommend it!
