We only stayed one night before returning home. We never met anybody, but everything was fine for late check-in and communication was very good.
Customer Service was very vital due to so many changes occurred days before my travel to Rome, then got even delayed getting to my suite due to the airport delays. They put me in a room overlooking a beautiful view and was quick in response. Always was willing to make accommodations as plans kept changing.
Clean. Great room. Close to train station. Easy access. Staff made everything comfortable for us. Very communicative and friendly.
Easy access to the train station and central to major attractions. Went to a rooftop bar a few blocks away to see great views of the city. The one bedroom with two windows had the most magnificent cross breeze and amazing natural light! Perfect napping spot
