We booked this particular apartment in La Spezia as we wanted to have easy access to the train station to explore the Cinque Terre villages. The host was very accommodating, and it was easy to enter the building and find the keys with her instructions. She was also helpful with needs and questions (for example, we could not figure out the dual AC upon arrival, and she was quick to have a handyman come and sort it out for us ASAP). The apartment was very clean, coffee and water provided, comfy beds, handy washing machine, and a terrace (which we did not end up using as it was a bit chilly). All in all, it was great!
This apartment is beautifully designed and conveniently located in the center of La Spezia. Owners communicated clearly and quickly to all our inquiries. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was perfect. It was comfortable and safe, the AC worked well, and it was close to both the train station as well as the port. It had everything we needed.
