We chose this place because it had two beds (hard to find in Matera)! It was amazing - lovely space / view / location. We loved Matera and I’m glad we had 2 nights. You can walk straight down to the river from the apartment and up to the caves on the other side. The bars and restaurants are great and you can just wander around for hours.
The property is stunning! It takes your breath away when you first see it. It has a fantastic facilities, comfy beds, great kitchen and beautiful bathroom. It is a great location for exploring the town, and so quiet and relaxing. The owner was so helpful, I could not have asked good better
The apartment was located right in the Sassi overlooking the gorge onto the caves.
Fab apartment in the heart of the extraordinary Sassi of Matera, minutes from the duomo and the unmissable MUSMA sculpture museum. Great facilities, wonderful views and very comfortable and spacious too.
The location was perfect, with a view of the Belvedere, next to the piazza duomo. It is nicely decorated and comfortable. Communication was easy and description to get to the place as well. Perfect for a stop in Matera. Thanks
