The place is located in a block of flats. It is split into 4 apartments. The rooms are clean, modern and minimalistic. There was airconditioning in the room and also a hairdryer, tv and shampoo and soap available. There are no facilities to have a drink or fridge to keep drinks cold. The bed is huge and very comfortable, the bathroom is huge with a walk in shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin - all modern and very clean. The bedroom consists of a bed, bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe and desk with a TV on the wall. The outlook from our room was wonderful with amazing sunsets. To check in we had to go to the 1st floor where the staff were very friendly and accommodated us well.
Easy check in at arranged time. Very clean and spacious room on 7th floor with great view of cloud & rain.
Location perfect for visiting AC Carpi football match which was a 10 min walk away.

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questa struttura per la posizione comoda, vicinissima all'autostrada, con ampio parcheggio gratuito, lo staff molto gentile, le camere nuove e curate e la pulizia impeccabile.
