The location could not be better. The neighbourhood was very close to restaurants/bars etc and 2 minutes from the marina but wasn't overly noisy or busy when we stayed. It was also at the bottom of the climb to the more historical areas which was ideal for us! It was great to have access to the tiny balcony for a coffee in the morning and a nightcap. The apartment was more than big enough for the two of us and was reasonably well equipped.
The apartment is in a typical narrow street without cars with lovely italian view to the opposite house. Love it :-)
There is a very small balcony, just for 2 chairs, pleasant evenings in the "window" with a glass of wine.
It has a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one is on a "balcony" inside the flat, the privacy is not 100%, but for friends or family OK), 2 bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Be aware of italian blankets - they use 1 large blanket for 2 persons in 1 bed. There were towels.
Check-in and check-out was simple and fast using a Key-box.
There are good restaurants and cafes for breakfast nearby. Espress 1,20 €, cappuccino 1,6 € in the City centre! Paradise :)
Just few mins from Old City monuments like Bastione, Cathedrale di Santa Maria, etc. 5 mins from the Train station.
I would return definitely.
The apartment was spacious. Really comfortable. Air con. Clean. Felt like home.,
Close to restaurants, shopping, the bastillon. 3 minutes to Via Roma where you can take the bus to anywhere in Cagliari.
The street is very quiet at night, since cars are not alowed to drive there at night.
The appartement was clean, the beds was comfy, and we had alot of space.
The staff/owners was very helpful if we needed any help.
I would book this again.
