Breakfast was not included, my stay was satisfactory
I loved the location, it was close to everything ! the staff were friendly and really helpful. I would totally recommend to my friends.
I actually stayed in other hostel - Sunshine.
Sunrise was closed for some renovation.
As to Sunshine - it's lovely place in quiet neighborhood nearby train station. Room is clean as well as shower and kitchen. Everything was perfect, can recommend it.
I arrived after a double booking by "Into Palermo" B&B - warning many of these B&Bs in Palermo are not in accordance with law with no staff on premises. I was rescued off the street by a wonderful woman at 2200 at night, having been initially ghosted by the owner of "Into Palermo" who denied the double booking, stated he had no hotels.com account, I was so upset to be left on the streets as a single female so late at night. Anyway was welcomed at 2230 by staff of Sunrise hostel who agreed to accept a late night booking.
I really appreciate the air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. The stuff was really nice.
