The apartment is spacious, well-furnished and otherwise as advertised. Location is fantastic - a very short walk from the Grand Canal and Ponte Rialto, yet there are no crowds outside the door, so the street is quiet and safe (we traveled in August). Cristina, our contact, was extremely professional and helpful and responded to inquiries even months before our stay.

Maria was a great host, her apartment was immaculate and clean. It was very close to Rialto but on a quiet street. Very close to small grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants.
