The location, the employee who received us late with great hospitality, the size of the room, the balcony, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the spacious parking in the basement.
Room size is very good , the beds are comfortable.
Moreover the service at the reception was helpful and very good.
The location is nice which is good for tours in Garda, Verona and Venice.
The hotel was wonderful. We liked everything in this hotel , the rooms, the food, the garden and the pool. The staff were helpful
It was ok, the location near gradaland is a big plus when traveling with kids, the pool was also enjoyed by the kids, but bring swiming caps if you want to swim. Overall was ok, but I was expecting more, breakfast was the minimal one among a couple of hotels in the region. The only great thing about it all was the room size, everything else was ok, but the prices in italy are getting crazy for what they offer.
