The staff was super helpful and always available for us. The apartment itself is spacious, full of useful facilities and clean. I've already tried several apartresidences in France and this one is much more luxurious. The neighborhood is calm, felt secure, a walk close to the city center, and to a bunch of excellent Italian restaurants. The transport to Turin Polytechnico is very easy using the tram.

Compared to the price paid, my room and service was extremely upscale and well beyond my expectations! From the beginning, I was made me feel very welcomed and given detailed information on the facilities.
Even though my travel preference is typically a hotel with a restaurant attached, the apartment was 5x larger than any hotel and just as nice!
The washer machine was the cherry on top for me as well.
