Santa Margherita Ligure is a traditional seaside town on the Italian Riviera and as such, Tea's apartment follows in that vein. It has the most beautiful view of both sea and hills from the exceptionally long balcony that can be accessed from both the front bedroom and the living room. The view at the back from both the kitchen and back bedroom is of the lush foliage found in the Villa Dorazzo. In the morning bird song fills the air from these trees. Because it is a traditional family home, the apartment is segmented into 6 rooms, and the kitchen and bathroom are quite small. Everything you need is there, but as can see in the pictures, the fixtures and contents are old, but all are functional. The bed is comfortable. You don't stay here for new and modern but to feel a part of this lovely town. Do note that it is on the fifth floor with no elevator. Your host, Tea, is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She is delightful.
