Beautiful and remote and the hotel was historic. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant very good but limited options. Nice store for lunch,etc.
It was paradise. You cannot beat the views and it wasn’t an over the top resort. It had a lot of old world charm but still modern enough to be comfortable. We loved it.
The views are spectacular. The facilities are very nice. The restaurant and winery are outstanding. The room was lovely and comfortable.
The location is phenomenal and the best part of the stay was the private beach---which we had all to ourselves for 30 minutes and even after there were only 6 people there. The staff was outstanding in their helpfulness. The room was nice but the bed was pretty uncomfortable and it felt very lonely---nobody around for all of our stay. The restaurant was exceptional---good dinners with lots of variety and elegance. We didn't make it down to breakfast for any of the days.
The breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff. The villa was nicely furbished and all in good conditions. The private beach nearby was nice, the water excellent clean.
For the younger generation it was a bit hard to have no WIFI in the villa. The beach could do with some cleaning.
