Great last minute find. Was thankful that the owner or manager was able to meet us and let us in. Good communication.
Good-sized room in small square near the cathedral, with shops/bars/etc nearby. Clean and comfortable with good wifi. The owner wasn't around when I arrived, but sent me the key code beforehand, so easy access (I met the owner briefly in the morning).
Our host is very kind and helpful. We had a great time in this very lovely and clean room! Located in the middle of the historical area of Arezzo, it is very convenient to go anywhere.
