Luca is an excellent host, so friendly and attentive with all details related to the apartment and important nearby locations, means of transportation, and everything. The place is really well located, very close to La Spezia historic district and bus and train terminals. The apartment is very comfortable although it only has one room, it's very clean, modern, and spacious for a family of three up to four.

The house is fully equipped with washing machine, hair dryer , pan , frying pan etc .So as a family we were happy with house in general . We parked our car in the free parking area just across the street . The location is a bit far from the city center but house is clean and comfortable . The owner of the house was very kind and advised us the beaches which we can go with our daughter and the things to do in Cinque Terre and bonus he left a bottle of Cinque Terre wine in the fridge which we enjoyed .

Apartment was modern clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved having washing machine to wash our clothes after weeks of travelling and dishwashing liquid was provided. Owner was lovely and very helpful, he let us into the property late and waited for us after our long drive. He provided us with a lot of local recommendations and gave us detailed information on the property and how to use the facilities which many other places no longer do. Free parking across the road was a bonus. Bus stop outside the apartment. McDonalds is next door which my son loved. Great home, good location, fantastic hospitality. Highly recommend and we will return. Good value for money for La Spezia.

Huge apartment, very good equipped. Enough free parking space, just on the other side of the street.

very clean and convenient. very close to the bus stop. very convenient to take the bus to the train for a day trip to Cinque Terre. quiet neighborhood.
