The flat is on the top floor of a charming old building, just behind the Basilica di San Petronio. It was clean and well-heated. The online check-in process was straightforward, and we had no in-person contact with the owner. This flat is an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore Bologna's old town on foot, and we would gladly stay here again.
Vincenzo, our host, was simply fantastic: available on the phone and always ready to provide recommendations.
Location is very central and really nice, apartment is freshly renewed and fully functional.
Access was easy, apartment was big and very clean, you have everything you need for a perfect stay
The coffee machine wasn't working and there were no slippers to wear in the house but the location was good and clean
