Eleanora and the staff have really given attention to the details that set a property apart, including a most cordial greeting and welcome, a spacious apartment, a very nice breakfast each morning (with gluten free options, lots of choices if teas as well as an American drip coffee pot in addition to an espresso machine), and an accommodating attitude. They have anticipated guests’ needs and desires, and taken steps to meet those without the need to ask.
Lovely and complete breakfast and great accommodations. You have a place to hand your cloths and you can borrow umbrellas to go the beach.
Exelent place, great amenities, close to downtown, great host.
The room was nice. The bathroom was smaller than I thought it would be, but the water pressure was good and the towels huge. Eleonora was very nice and welcoming. The location was good and with the window closed there was no noise from the street. I didn't need the AC/heater in the room.
Everything is perfect! It is heaven! You must stay here when you are in Palermo!
