The house is clean, comfortable, everything you need is there, everything is new
La struttura è accogliente e ben organizzata per ospitare un gruppo. Dispone di tutto l’occorrente, anzi anche più di quello che ci aspettavamo!
Il proprietario è stato fin da subito disponibile e gentile. La posizione è comoda, in pochi passi sei in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Dal piccolo terrazzino si vede il mare (allegata foto) e abbiamo goduto di un bellissimo tramonto. Ho soggiornato qui con un gruppo di totale 6 persone pernottando per una sola notte, letti comodi e contesto tranquillo!
L’appartamento è in una posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dal mare. Il check-in e il check-out smart sono stati davvero pratici e senza stress.

Appartamento pulito e con tutti i comfort, zona tranquilla e a due passi dal mare.
Appartemento in un contesto condominiale molto tranquillo. L'appartamento offre tante comodità: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, deumidificatore ed piccola area privata esterna. Forse strutturalmente non è perfetta ma noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Altro aspetto molto positivo è che la spiaggia (sia libera che lidi attrezzati) e la pista verde ciclopedonale dei trabocchi distano 100 m dall'appartamento (è sufficiente attraversare la statale adriatica). I rumori della statale non si sentono affatto perchè l'appartamento non affaccia direttamente sulla strada ma è nella parte posteriore del condominio.
