The apartment is very clean and spacious. The hosts are friendly and provide great service.
Spacious place with AC and great location. It was definitely a cozy home! No more than 30 min walk to all the sites. LOTS of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The host was extremely helpful with ensuring we had a great vacation.
Alessandro was an amazing host! The property was spotless, very well appointed and he gave us lots of information regarding eateries and where to find necessities in the immediate area. He messaged me during the course of my stay to check on us and see how things were going. The apartment is gorgeous in the heart of Rome! 2 of the 3 bathrooms were en suite. Home was stocked with bottled water and coffee. Property is walking distance from all major attractions and fabulous eateries!
An absolutely lovely and cosy home. The host is great and even gave us authentic recommendations on good places to eat around the area.
Alessandro was wonderful, he met us on arrival and showed us around, sent me lots of really useful links for places to go and restaurants etc.
The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay.
We would recommend the Cozy House for anyone stopping in Rome as a family or as friends it was perfect for us and we would stay there again in the future if we were in Rome!.
