The absolute best service. The hotel is under construction but we are able to sleep well. James helped us a lot and gave us free breakfast. If you want to have a staff that cares about your trip stay here. Best
Location and view, and the staff are great, resident manager gave us complimentary breakfast for the whole stay (it was not included in my reservation)
Place was excellent location same as for the room they locate us which in front of the Duomo . cleanliness exceptional . room services for the breakfast is no words to say... all for the record is 10 star..
