Everything was nice with the hotel, the location, very friendly staff!
Staff were exceptionally helpful and considerate We arrived very early and they allowed us to check in We left our luggage there for a few hours on our last day, helped with luggage etc Room was very small but very clean Location was fabulous So close to the Termini
The staff were exceptionally helpful. I lost an item and they found it after I left and made sure that it was returned to me! Also the location just a few steps from the train station where city buses were also readily available made it very convenient for accessing public transport.

Location was amazing less than 2-3 minute walk from termini. What sets this place apart is how kind and truly accommodating the hotel managers are. Great experience kind people, great value, my family and I were received with their utmost warmth and hospitality.
