Everything was perfect. Tony made us feel like we had been friends forever. It is a great location with restaurants and markets close by. The beach is just through the alley.
Tony and Doris reflect the true Sicilian culture. They welcomed me personally and are genuinely nice people. Specifically, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and modern (smartphone outlets, Rowenta hairdryer, upscale coffee maker, electric tea kettle and lovely toiletries). Tony personally escorted me to the bus station to return to Catania for my flight, which I greatly appreciated. The location is very close to the beach and the downtown area of Giardini Naxos and convenient to bus transportation and tour destinations. Staying on an upper level required lots of steps and there are other available rooms if that is a concern. Thank you so much, Doris and Tony, for a memorable stay!
Beach, grocery store (Deco) restaurants, inexpensive shopping all in close proximity. Nicely appointed, modern appliances, nice art decor, a sliver of harbor to view between front row apartments. Reasonable parking on street, clothesline off a sunny balcony.

Tony was a great host and his apartment was wonderful. and the location couldn’t be better. And his suggestions on places to eat and things to see were invaluable
