We arrived early and our host was able to accommodate us and let us in to our room. The place is easy to find once you cross under the San Gennaro gate. The room is big and spacious, the shower was great. Location is great.
Everything was fine. Only thing to mention is that we were lucy and had the property for ourself. However i do not think things would have been fine if the other 2 rooms would have been occupied. You need to pass thru common space to get to your bathroom.
The location was close by to the Museo and Piazza Cavour metro stations. And a very good location to the Centro Storico district. Lots of good options to eat and drink. We particularly enjoyed visiting the local Churches just minutes away by foot.
The rooms were clean and modern with updated fixtures. Good, hot water pressure and fresh clean towels. there is a communal kitchen area with a balcony that was especially nice to look out at night.
The host, Adele, was courtesy, quick to respond and quite charming.
I would stay here again when visiting Naples and I would recommend the property to others.
Adele was really helpful and accommodating. That made all the difference. It's close to a lot of restaurants and grocery shops.
Adele was very attentive and helpful, she is an adorable person.
