Perfect size, cool with AC, good shower pressure, didn’t cook but the sink and frig came in handy.
Vanessa and the team is great. They are very responsive and nice. The kitchen, bathroom and leaving room is big and new. The location is great

The apartment was spacious and the location was in walking distance to many attractions. Taxi stand and subway very close and accessible. The bed was not comfortable, we tried the pull out bed and that was not comfortable either. Daily cleaning was a nice perk. WiFi was a plus too. When I asked questions I got responses promptly. The apartment was cold and I was provided information to check the furnace and turn it on. There was some confusion on my part regarding the VAT. It was paid via booking app but several messages from property mentioned the VAT fees as if they weren’t paid. The instructions on entry to building and apartment came close to the time of check in. This had me worried up to that point. Prior email messages just said instructions would be sent but know when. It would have been nice to know these details would not be shared until 1 hour before check in (for example). Glad we were on the first floor.
The bed was super comfortable, the room was extremely clean. Loved the view and so close to everything! It even has a small kitchenette.
