Great communication and easy check-in/check-out. Great location
Great air-conditioning, bed and pillows were good. The bathroom was also nice.
The room was cozy. The entrance area smells nice. The space was clean, there were enough towels. The beds are comfortable. The owner was very accommodating. Bottled water and a map of the city welcomed us in the room. The door unlocking system is automated.
Vivi was a super great host. Whenever we needed something she was right there even if it wasn’t an emergency. Furthermore the room was really clean, had a great view and it was just 2 minutes away the center of Palermo! Thank you so much
