The apt was very well located across from the pebble beach and within a 7 minute walk of grocery stores on Via Roma. It was also in the heart of restaurants, cafes and gellateries along the ocean promenade. The apt had most facilities to make it comfortable for a few days stay. Sara, the host, was always available via WhatsApp to answer apt and Ventimiglia questions. Overall, decent value, comfortable and in a great location!

Sea side, first line. You need just to cross the road to reach the beach. The discount for beach access was provided by app owners. The owners are very cooperative. Any of request picked up immediately and full assistance provided. Public parking but we did not face any problem to find the parking place just few steps away from hous. Food markets just 5 minutes away. A lot of places in vicinity where you can have a lunch/dinner. Nice place

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. It’s very close to the beach, the shops, the restaurants, and has a very kind owner. Simone has always been quick to answer when we needed help. The beach has always been mostly empty, and so we always found a place to sit. The apartment is very well equipped; e.g. very comfortable beds. The place is also quiet. Despite the busy city, there’s always been a place to park the car; either around the house or in the parking lot. For us, it was very nice that the city is very close to other interesting destinations such as Nice, Menton, Monaco.

When we arrived there was complementary breakfast pastries, juice and a big bottle of water. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was very very clean. The location was great and the staff was lovely too. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay long due to our daughter having an accident, although we were offered a longer stay which was lovely. Lots of reviews about the beams being low. We hit our head a few times, but that’s our fault. Definitely wasn’t an issue.
