The Villa is in the countryside outside San Gimignano. It has great views of the surrounding olive groves, vineyards and the towers of San Gimignano. A lovely place to spend a week exploring some of Tuscany.It was easy to access Siena, San Gimignano, Colle de Val d’Elsa, Monteriggioni from here.

The location and the house were great. The view is brilliant and the hosts are really sweet and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Ulivera was simply wonderful. It is set in a quiet location amidst olive trees and vines. It is about 45 minutes to walk into San Gimignano or 5 minutes to drive, which is easy when the crowds die down in the evening. It is very central with all of Florence, Siena, Volterra, Colle di Val d’Else, Monteriggioni, Certaldo within an hour and Pisa airport, Pisa and Lucca just over an hour. The villa is kept brilliantly, there is a magical outdoor table for eating and both this and the fabulous pool both look across the valley to San Gimignano. The kitchen is well equipped, and the rooms spacious. But best of all were Concetta and Paolo who were wonderful hosts, checking in regularly and ensuring we had everything. I hope we can come again.
