7 minute walk to train. 13 minutes walk to Loris Malaguzzi international center. 15 minutes walk to center of the city. Really great location. And easy to get in and out of.
Its so cozy and clean. Perfect view and close to everything downtown and the station.

Located in the central area, but on a quieter street, with tall trees and beautiful and old buildings.

The balcony is amazing, overlooking a small intersection.
