Nicolai was very helpful and loved to practice his English with me. Being on the lake, even though it took a few extra steps was really special.

The property was perfectly located in a tranquil setting with a huge lawned garden and rows of striking olive trees leading to a private jetty and slipway into the lake with calming views of the distant shoreline. The garden facilities are stupendous. The accommodation is spacious, spotless, well appointed as though it were a home and thoughtfully presented. Sara cordially welcomed us at the gates and patiently explained the protocol to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The attention we received from Nicola was truly exceptional which was the perfect conclusion to a delightful time at this wonderful lake.

If you love water sports and nature, this apartment on Lake Iseo is a dream come true. We brought our paddleboards with us, and having direct access to the lake from the garden was incredibly convenient. We spent our mornings paddling on the calm waters, followed by long afternoons relaxing in the garden. The private dock was a favorite spot for sunbathing, swimming, or just sitting with our feet in the water...it was pure bliss. We also made good use of the gazebo, where we enjoyed all our meals outdoors, surrounded by the serene beauty of the lake. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Nicola and Sara, our hosts, were incredibly attentive. They noticed we were planning on taking our paddleboards out and immediately offered to store them safely in the provided storage area. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. This place is an absolute gem for anyone looking to combine relaxation with a bit of adventure. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, in the middle of a small town where you can find a restaurant, supermarket and coffee places/bars. Private amazing garden (only shared with the people who live in the house, but everyone was very nice!) most of the time we were completely alone in the garden. We especially loved the possibility to cook outside in the garden! The apartment is downstairs but still light enough to spend a nice time inside. It is well equipped with everything you might need (kitchen, etc.) and everything was very clean.
