Elevator(6th floor) for luggage! Modern clean decor and amenities. Ample wardrobe storage. Great A/C! One in each bedroom and one in kitchen/great room area. Excellent location for all meals, shopping, beach and night life!

The apartment is exceptionally spacious and situated in a prime location in the heart of Pescara. It is clean, modern, and has been newly renovated to a high standard. The host is very helpful and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

The apartment was exceptional. Great location, very clean, very big and comfortable. Perfect place to relax and enjoy what this beach town has to offer....easy walk to the beach and from the train station and access to many restaurants, bars and caffes...shopping was great too. The apartment had everything you could need including items you would not find in other apartments (iron, washing machine, two balconies, good water pressure for showers etc..)...really really nice.. I have already shared the link for this apartment to my family who plan to visit Italy...do not hesitate to book this place..it feels like you are coming home after a long day of visiting and travel. Oh and they have a great TV with Netflix, Youtube etc....amazing stay :). Thank you Serena for being so wonderful and responsive at all times.

Breakfast N/A The location was just perfect for our requirements. With public transport nearby and proximity to the beach and local restaurants it was just what we needed. Our trip was a complete success.

Appartamento perfetto in ogni dettaglio, in una posizione meravigliosa, ampio, luminoso, super pulito e comodissimo per chi arriva in treno. Ideale per una famiglia o 4 persone, ci si sente in vacanza appena varcata la soglia. Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile. Molto raccomandato!
