Owner vas very fast to respond, great location very close to the Roma terminal with very nice food.

We had a great stay here. It is so convenient to the train station ( only a block away) we would jot over there to the market for breakfast. So easy to get to from the airport. Ginni’s instructions on how to access the apartment were excellent including videos. She was always quick to respond to any questions and said we could store our luggage there until check in time. The apartment certainly met all our needs. Don’t let the reviews of Termini Train Station keep you away from this place. We were expecting a seedier area but were pleasantly surprised. We never felt uncomfortable walking around. And bonus, the Hop on Hop Off buses are also a short block away. Perfect place to stay if you are taking a train else where later on.

A very tidy and convenient apartment, clean and great instructions posted throughout. The two bedrooms (three beds) were perfect for our family. Ideal location next to the Termini station, surrounded by restaurants, and a five-minute walk to the Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major. The host was kind and very responsive.

Ginni is such an amazing host! Very clear instructions to leave baggage if arriving early and then checking-in were provided. She remained available and in touch throughout the stay. The house is located in a very prime location - accessible by bus lines at the doorstep and the main train station at about 5 mins walking distance. We found it very convenient to explore the city and then return easily to the apartment. Lots of food options as well around the place. Especially Mercato Centrale. I would recommend Ginni's place for anyone visiting Rome.

Very nice and clean apartment. The location is the very convenient near to the train station and buses going to different cities in Rome. The host Ginni is simply the best. Easy to contact and response right away and give you all the instruction how to get in the apartment. I would difinetly stay to her apartment again and recommend to everybody.
