The location is perfect, its only few minutes from the city Pienza and Bagno Vignoni, also not far from San Filippo hotsprings. The dining/breakfast room has a beautiful view of the landscape. The host (Luigina) is super friendly and helpful. The room is great and it has amenities we need. Thanks a lot :)

the bed was very comfortable and decent size shower with abundant hot water. the terrace was incredible and Mrs Luigina was very nice and helpful

A place where you literally feel at home! Great location that allows you to visit most of the Tuscany highlights around you. Luigina and her brother are super kind and helpful. And the breakfast is the cherry on top, tasty, abundant and everything home made! We hope to comeback soon :)

Accomodation was very nice, owners most helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was really nice, lots of variations, served on the terrace with nice views. Once again in Tuscany we will return here.

Everything was perfect. Great location, perfect room, very warm & helpful hosts and both breakfast & dinner were excellent. They've made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend staying here!
