The rooms were nice, clean, and the location was great. The host is lovely and very helpful.
Note: The place is quite a few flights of stairs up which is common in Italy, but not suitable for those with mobility issues

We were able to check in early and the host had very prompt communication. There is tea and coffee and a Kettle. The location is also good, just off the main street
Nice quiet, clean place to stay. Very nice and accommodating staff. Close to many great restaurants.
AC in the room is a must during summer in Italy so this was a very nice thing to have. Room was very clean, location was perfect (a 25m walk from train station but very central to the main streets of La Spezia). The room (Pink Room) had a great cozy vibe with snacks everyday from the property!
