The Staff and room. Very clean environment with excellent air conditioner and good coffee in the morning.
The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. Even brought kettler to warm up our baby bottle. They had crib. The room is nice and clean. The location is nice as it is close to the vatican and has two buses to the city center.
Jon was a great man and hospitable too.
