The staff was super helpful and explained the rules very clearly. When I couldn't figure out how to get in, Silvia, one of the hosts, patiently guided me through the process. They gave maps and emails to remind about things like check-out. The room was really, really clean. Strong WiFi. It was super modern inside but outside, it as so Venetian, right beside a canal. It was five minutes from the Biennale Gardens and ten minutes from Arsenalle from where you could literally take a boat anywhere. Such a nice location. I walked to and from St. Mark's Square and the Dogge's Palace. There were nice restaurants and a Coop on Garibaldi, the parallel street so I never went hungry. And they. made check-out so easy! It was literally leave the keys in the unit and go!

It was near the park and Castello and it was not crowded as well.
